Salem Lake Trail - This 7-mile loop trail is perfect for beginners and families. It's a popular destination for hiking, biking, and fishing. The trail offers scenic views of the lake and the surrounding woods. Here’s a map of the trail.
Pilot Mountain Trail - Pilot Mountain is a well-known landmark in the Winston-Salem area, and the trail to the top offers incredible views of the surrounding landscape. Hanging Rock State Park - Located just outside of Winston-Salem, Hanging Rock State Park offers a variety of trails for hikers of all skill levels. The park's most popular trail is the 2.6-mile Hanging Rock Trail (round trip), which leads to the top of Hanging Rock and offers stunning views of the park and surrounding area.
