We Are a Team in Our Response to the NAR Settlement"
Navigating change together on top of a trail background

This week, our industries discussed significant changes from the National Association of Realtors (NAR). The next couple of months might feel uncertain, but I want you to know we're in this together. I am always going to support you.

I work with the best agents in the Triad and am here to tell you that you are the cornerstone of homebuyer care. Buying a home is complex and a skilled buyer's agent makes all the difference. I know you are dedicated to helping our homebuyers find the perfect home and ensuring a smooth transaction from start to finish.

While there are unknowns, we need to unite now to figure out what these NAR changes mean for us. We might see some differences in how compensation is structured, especially for helping buyers, and we should review how commissions might be included in loans via seller concessions. We also need to consider how this might affect buyers, especially their money for closing. But I know we will adapt together to keep our businesses going strong.

These changes can also present some great opportunities to try new approaches and to build even deeper relationships with our clients. I'd love to chat with you about how we can adjust to these changes. Let's set up a time to talk and share ideas.

I am committed to making this a great chapter and am here to talk or have a margarita with you anytime. As a sign of my support, download this document explaining the NAR changes, which you can feel free to format and personalize for your database. It’s just a small way that I am helping to stay ahead of the media and the message that may confuse some buyers.
