Stanleyville is a suburban neighborhood in Winston-Salem located along North Carolina Highway 66, also known as University Parkway, some 15 minutes from downtown. It is home to many farms, including the Clayton Family Farm – listed in 2001 on the National Register of Historic Places.

With approximately 650 students each, Gibson Elementary and Rural Hall Elementary schools serve the area.
